I don't think Publishers are panicking. They're just you know hoping that we will do some sensible and logical things to make ourselves a better bookseller And that's absolutely what we intend to do. If you got a store to set up sell them more books Rather less books if you got them set up in a way that makes them want to come back tomorrow next weekend. You creating a place in which people feel really comfortable at home and if you are they'll come back more often and they'll spend more with you So
