Introduction

We are suggesting to ourselves real-time how we relate with others. These suggestions, if accepted, become beliefs. Our relationships are an automatic manifestation of our beliefs. I meet clients who are not consciously aware that they're being run by these beliefs. However, upon connecting the dots between experiences that they're having with others and tracking it back to the cause within, they're able to uncover them.
