Is There Value in Inheritance Planning?
The big challenge that we have as a community is understanding what an inheritance plan can do. Even if you execute the most handsome will or trust, there are some Bitcoiners who don't see value in it because their plan is extra legal. The closer you draw yourself to the law, the less of the relative effects your experience of the law. Some plan is better than no plan. But I think we can't confuse key management strategies with inheritance planning.
