Airman Mill Dollar - Is That a Good Retirement Plan?

The blended retirement system allows people who don't plan on staying for 20 years to still get something rather than walking away with nothing. So I was wondering if there was going to be an intersection here of maybe it's the one more year ism or three more year has zims or whatever it may be. Most likely, I'll stay past 20. The career path that I'm on now, I just started in 2020 prior to switching over to human resources. And so this is actually kind of a new career for me, despite being 17 and a half years into it. It sounds like you love your job, but some people do get caught up in that one more year of, oh
