Is This Going to Change the World?

Most of the policy makers and regulators are in that last bracket, which is why they probably look at everything through that lens. They're deeply conflicted because on the one hand, they want the sex and the public but also to control the whole thing. So I think there is a sort of sense of trying to grapple with what is this like how enormous are the consequences of this? How much are we just getting massively over excited?
