How Training Frequency Works Physiologically

Each additional set that we generate is creating a much smaller amount of hypertrophy than the previous one. That really has very, very profound implications for how training frequency actually works physiologically. So some people could choose to start doing one set for a muscle group twice a week and seeing if you can progressively overload those two extra say if you were doing a barbell curl one day and a dumbbell curl the next day for biceps.
