Is the Government in the 911 Conspiracy Theory?

The government occupies this position of complete authority and intentionality. It can get people in line to shoot children to push gun control that never happened. And at the same time, they are a complete bunch of fuck wits who didn't plan it well enough. In any conspiracy theory, the other is both not lacking and completely lacking.
