We're not happy with our fitness, with our ability with the health markers that come from all these different things. So I think there's a sweet spot where if you do it at a certain pace with a certain amount of recovery built into it in a way that honors your unique body, then it can be really constructive and it can lead to lasting change. The things that have worked best for me with like, say fitness is a value that says I value being physically fit.
