To Love It All Is to Be Vulnerable

Lewis says to love it all is to be vulnerable, but that anything in your heart will certainly be wrong and possibly be broken. The only place outside of heaven where you can be perfectly safe from all the dangers of love is hell. Lewis: Agape is a love that takes risks on people. It loves even though it may be hurt. And he's saying, yeah, I get what Augustine's saying there, but it's totally wrong, theologically.
