The Double Effect in Warren Murder
You can kill an innocent as long as it's not a intended act, right? So too, the bad effect can't be like in the causal chain to the good effect. Three, you have to only intend the good thing. And four, the good thing has to outweigh the bad thing. You can't burn a city to get a small factory. It helps to have a nice pair of blinders that you can put on at the appropriate times.
