Plant Foods Are Good for Your Gut Microbes

The biggest exposure that we have on our plate to antibiotics is through the meat that we consume. So many process foods contain amalsifies, which are bad for our gut bugs. When you're eating more plant food, sometimes that can aggravate those things if there already a weakness there. Being able to enjoy more plant food in our diet is a bit like that. But it's like er heavy weights for your gut. And so if we're completely avoiding that, it's quite a challenge to then create a healthy microbia environment. Sohat i see this is more of an investment in long term health, if you can get your goot health right and tolerate these high fibre foods
