How Do You Know if You Have the Rights Back?
An author might have an email from a publisher that says, your rights are reversed for this book. And then they go on to amazon or whatever, or cobo or apple, and there there's the book. You can't republish that book until it's been taken down. So i would say just just having that evidence is really all you needd.
