The Problem With Leadership Education

A lot of what we did on core was a lot of this paperwork that you're talking about. It wasn't like uniquely like, interesting or special work. I think one of the things is, I think pieces are there and we don't need to invent too much. This week in Rust, the newsletter is actually a good model on how you can regularly communicate things every week. And making these things accessible and also educating people that it's actually worthwhile makes sense.
