When you got into drama school, you were 17. I think something that is such a beautiful thing about being that young is you do have this naivety about the world. You think, well, if I want to, I can just try and I can do it. And yes, as long as I could keep doing that, that was great. It's difficult to work in a city like London on the minimum wages that you get in theatre now. That's quite an ask. If you want to have a family and buy a house and all that, it probably isn't. But listen, at the time, that's all I wanted to do."
