The USSR Wants to Plant Missiles in Cuba

In 1961, the Soviets put up the Berlin Wall, which becomes a symbol of the Cold War. Khrushchev accepts the notion of planting missiles in Cuba under pressure from his generals. Fidel Castro is unconvinced and sends his brother Raul to the Soviet Union for help. The presence of Soviet military hardware might just dissuade the Americans from taking that fateful step.
