How to Train for a Long Run
This Saturday, we're going to do a long run, but it's going to be specific. And now what we want to do is practicing the marathon pace or practicing our trail running when our legs are tired. So here's where we can do like say 45 minutes of an easy run at the start and then do like 10 minutes in zone three or zone two - depending on how intense you feel. We might just jog it out. That'd be a good example of how I'd use it. People start late, they only focus and all the programs only focus on that thing. The one is time on feet.
