The Lonely Facilitator
Lonely facilitator is an interesting concept because what we see is often facilitation happens by one person. It's more dominant than having co-facilitators and often independent facilitators are not part of organizations. So yeah, I think the lonely facilitators is more in ways of operation rather than feeling of loneliness. And I can draw this parallel to teachers. I've been at the university and at some point maybe even consider having an academic career. And there I really enjoy, and to some extent now she was having a facilitator role as well.
