Is There a Market for Japanese Debt?
Is there a market with private demand, both domestic and internationally, for Japanese debt? Does it exist? Is there any sign of the one actually being there right now? That's going to be a challenge, because obviously the Bank of Japan owns a huge piece of the market. I've got no idea what's normal in Japan when they've been doing this now for decades. The other word I want to talk about with you as well is the word market.
