I find it in Congress that you think by 2040 we will have more coal, oil and natural gas. Can you merge those two views somehow? One is a global view and the other is limited to the 3 billion people in the West. I don't think they are incongruent with each other. But I could argue that from an energy is life perspective that the United States still produce 90% of our own energy.
