The American System

In America, we have something called the National Guard. They're not the same as the normal military and it's the states that control that. Trump keeps telling them, well, you know, you need to stop this. Each governor of each state must request the National Guard - but they're not doing it. Why? They want this to happen. They want it to be really bad. The only place this is different was in Washington, D.C., where he did use the National Army there. It's Soros and his, all his allies, doing what they always do.
