As a constitutional scholar, what do you think this decision means about the separate of church and state? I think it's concerning, because if laws are being motivated by a particular religious belief about life, then we could end up with a merging of those two in a way that we haven't seen before. You know that religion is a part of many movements to change law. The civil rights movement comes to mind. When does a faith based movement become something that infringes on other people's freedoms? So if i happen to believe it, that's great, but when i try to get the whole ctry to legislate it, i need to make a case for why it serves the public
