Some people see fluctuations more than others. Some other people will lose lack of focus when they start to get hungry. My biggest concern for this is decreased muscle mass or delay in recovery. And then again, like we were saying earlier, just that difficult social integration and making sure that it's not taking away from that fun part of life.
