Preaching the Gospel in a Secular Environment

Only 50 % of the population are still members of the churches in Germany. So there is more of an awareness that people might just not be christians. What advice would you give to a pastor in a place like boston or new york city or seattle, and he's trying to equip his members to share the gospel? "Keep one preach the gospel in every sermon"
