The Effects of El Nino on the Winter Weather
The last strong El Nino we saw the increase in temperature. So what that might mean for the winter is an interesting question in Canada. For example, it could mean a lot less snowfall. But I wouldn't say that universally it's bad news. It's just another part of that cycle.
