The Importance of Having a Strong Team
I was always much better as a, you know, if you like an operator and not good at managing people as a journalist. Despite having quite a lot of experience, I never ran a team. We didn't want sort of one person to be identifiable as the person in charge. And so far, we have a 100% record on this. So when we decide something, it's because all of us have decided it's the right thing to do now.
