Vitamin D Deficiency in Children

Low vitamin D is actually a major risk factor for skin cancer. Wild caught salmon has an average of about 900 IU of vitamin D per three and a half ounce serving. Farm raised salmon contains only 25% of that amount. Mushroom are another top source of vitamin D though, this is important. They're rich in vitamin D2, not D3.
