The Importance of Connecting Developers to Customers
I think developers need to see their output being used in the world. It validates their effort. And ultimately, as you say, Tully, it gives them more knowledge going forward. The next time the new thing comes up, whether they're going to do it the same way. So that's a really important part of the process. I think the more connected they feel, the more likely they are to have a voice and discuss things with you.
