For me it's anything. I have like four, four or five exercises that i care about the er the number. So like a rowing movement and a vertical pull, squat, bench and dead lift. They're the only things that i like track how strong i am. Everything else in my program, even really of the assistant stuffs,  I'd rather take the hit on the load and go for what am i trying to do here? Like, i want to feel something, mind muscle connection. If you train with people, you're using like two thirds of the weight that they are. But if by the time you hit the weightt they are using now almost guarantee
