The Basic Actions of Consciousness

i draw on some evolutionary biologists in this respect, and it fits very well with my own theory of consciousness. So that actually the conscious being is able to generate, in a way, its basic actions are out of a substance that can produce states. And so there has to be that kind of kind of subtance. Without the substance, the brain would never, on its own, become conscious. I thinkthis act poses an imprinciple problem for building conscious being just out of chips. i'm trying to analyze is at the most fundamental level, theba basic actions. Then i leave open, you know, like, like, what all is involved? Maybe many substances cooperate.
