The Importance of Impure Electrons

There's really only one electron in the universe. How about impure electrons? Are you saying you can make matter out of dirty electrons? I mean, purely electrons, electrons and nothing else. There's no such thing as a dirty electron because remember, all electrons are really just the same electron.
