The US Cyber Trust Mark Launches
The US government has launched the cyber trust mark. It aims to help Americans ensure they're buying internet connected devices that include strong cybersecurity protections against cyber attacks. The full list of standards is still unfolding and not finalized yet. A number of already signed up to the initiative, including Amazon and Best Buy. Other big name tech firms that have agreed to the voluntary labeling initiative are Cisco, Google, LG, Qualcomm, and Samsung.
