The more sensitive the information, the greater the harm to national security by release of those documents. That's because in a prosecution, you actually have to go into court and say, this is real. And so ironically, that means in a case like Mar-a-Lago, some of the most significant documents and information are probably not going to be the subject matter of any type of 793 offense. The new developments with respect to Evan Corcoran, one of the president's attorneys or the former president's attorneys, seemed to me potentially to be a significant piece of evidence in the obstruction investigation.
