How to Mentor a CISO New to an Organization

Mentorship is one of the most impactful things that I've seen too. You'll actually, you know, walk side by side with an experienced CISOs or CISOs new to an organization for mentorship. So it's important that they get the mentorship and direction and advice so that they learn how to communicate with their peers who are directors or VPs in other areas.
