The majority of deep fakes are seen in revenge porn and porn that is using you know faces of celebrities and videos. There was a case that actually struck down I'm trying to try to look it up but it was a federal child pornography law which ruled that the First Amendment protects graphic manipulation of images even if they're not real. The only thing that comes to mind how it's going to directly connect um to deep fakes is there's really strong First Amendment protections for defamation, he says.
