The Importance of Investing in a Relationship
Sally Kohn: I want to talk about here, you know, the show's called sales success stories. My favorite sales story is one where we still didn't close the deal, but the relationship was allowed me to subsequently close multiple deals. She recommended three other people have very large organizations as well and they ended up becoming customers. And she was able to refer me and that tripled what my original deal would have been with that organization initially. So it's one of those things that there's a statement like, "I can't win for losing"
