The problem is a fundamental internal contradiction of a certain line of thought. Experience is the only thing that we can be absolutely sure to exist. It's what you have before you start creating narratives about what's going on. The hard problem of consciousness is not a problem to be solved, in the same sense that putting a territory out of the map is not something that you can in the next version of the map.
