What Are You Thinking About in a Patient With a Travel History?

Elderly man came to hospital with confusion, weakness, and now somalence. Most common causes are usually infectious rheumatologic or malignancy. His travel history is extremely important because he's been to so many places. He had recalled that insect bite that he had in the past. We did definitely get a CT of the head and an MRI of the brain as we have to rule out neurological things in this patient.
