Three Simple Strategies for Recovery
Sleep is the most important strategy we have for recovery. We encourage people to aim for seven to nine hours of quality sleep per night. Do something physical if you want to to loosen the body off, but it should be low level effort stuff that just gently gets the body moving and feels good. Get some downtime away from your work or family responsibilities as well.
