How to Deploy a Service in Azure

Azure is all the resources that you would need for your app if you were just doing a flash gap on app service. With old school app engine everything was bundled, and you would just deploy it all in one go. I think these days app engine is more of a mix and match like, like is here. You know, by having it all declared in infrastructure code, then you can have repeatable deployments.
