I like the idea thatyou have to be super tight. And when i programme that for people, i like doing the single arm standing shoulder pressing. I've done that. It works straight too. Ye, ive, no limit. Heavier with imb i like, i i prefer the standing probably just probably for the added cord to man. Not that i'm trying to to get that, but i like making soitas e dor of a whole boa tipe. Usually its tas an a sessry. But it's something i would replace regular dumbe bench with. Yes.
