The Correlation Between Salary and Psychic Functioning

There seems to be a correlation between salary and psychic functioning implicitly in the business world. What percentage of what other indicators have you found or have other people found that tend to be associated with a high level of functioning? I know there have been all kinds of personality studies and stuff. The feds give us lots of money to try to answer that question.
