Are You Paying Attention?
I think we give a lot of information either verbally or from our number of communication. And I think what's important is, are you paying attention? Like you mentioned, do just want to talk about your own problem, showcase your work, how amazing you are,. Or you are actually listening to what other person is talking about and taking notes. Now there is one A.B. testing pipeline that is managed and developed by the team. The amount of tests grew at least 10 fold during my time with Vistir collective. It has a massive impact on the way consumers are now discovering or write buyers or sales are discovering products at Vistir Collective.
