The idea of changing a town is a better way to think be if you're a pastor or a planter, even if you're in a huge town like boston. The gospel was moving through these communities in ephesus and philippi and rome,. It says they were turning entire regions upside down. That doesn't happen through one individual, o localized congregation. That happens through a movement of people that they're all kind of pushing in the same direction.
