With housing prices like teetering over that affects people's like Santa rally more than their stock portfolio. I wonder if the wealth effect has become a more pronounced effect in the economy because real estate is such an important part of people's assets. They have a price to anchor to. So we both run, we both run like hedging books. We both still want like rallies.
