The Seven Day Variety Challenge

Eating more plants is the common denominator for many different groups, even carnivores are essentially getting plants just indirectly through the animal. So you first have to get a sense of where you are in variety. I think i had something like a hundred and 21 unique plant base foods over those seven days. The goal is 50. And so ah, when we did this exercise within the group first fall, there was many question about what is even variety. Like they actually had to question, what does it mean to have a unique food that is varied?
