The Reluctance of Community Banks to Raise Capital
Banks generally trade sort of in line with each other if there will be opportunities because banks that perhaps may come out better on the other side. One issue that's really interesting this time versus 2007 through 2009, there seems to be extreme reluctance to raise capital. There probably banks that don't want to recognize losses by taking over things.
