Dale: nano materials were actually one of the fields that the public didn't understand. So I learned a little bit more about how to communicate with the public then. The reason I got into the race cars was because I was teaching, you know, the intro 101 basic physics. All of a sudden I realized I can teach all of this using cars. And the kids would be a whole lot more interested than they would be if I'm doing balls rolling down and flying planes.
