Lachlan: I think everything I guess keeps building off that whole idea of discipline right. As we step through the book you'll notice that things start picking up and you get to understand what types of properties are out there. For me excellent it's like you said no one can ever achieve professional mastery but we all aim to so I'm by aiming to hopefully we can at least achieve excellence, he says. Lachlan: If somebody who knows nothing about property picks up this book they're going to learn. Hypothetically everything will become their Bible.
