The book is called iron widow ah, and it is written by giron j chow all riht. It takes a lot of the tropes of ya young adult distopia novels and sort of like turns them on their heads, which i love. The main character is just pist about the whole situation, right? Like, there's so many of these, like waya novels ers who are stoically ok with the fact that she has to volunteer as tribute and like literally murder other children in order to survive. And this is like she's just mad about and i love it. There's a lot of queer stuff in it as well. Ait was like just like this feeling
