Naseem Taleb has a new book coming out called I think he's calling it Skin in the Game. The core idea being you should not listen to anyone unless they have an enormous amount of skin in whatever game you're talking about. He even has an aphorism that says no opinions are allowed without skin in the game. So what I want to hear about is kind of what that feels like relative to an old less skin and I'm assuming you had less much lessskin in the game in your prior career.
